Puerto Maldonado has its own airport (Padre Aldamiz International Airport) with regular domestic flights from Lima and Cusco. It is also reachable by road, though flying is the fastest and most common way to arrive. Once you land, our team can coordinate your pickup directly from the airport.

Every tour page has its own "What to Bring" section, but in general we recommend lightweight quick-dry clothing, a long-sleeve shirt, comfortable trekking shoes, a hat, sunglasses, insect repellent, sunscreen, a rain jacket or poncho, a reusable water bottle, binoculars, a camera, and any personal medication you may need.
